I went to the Chester store before never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. The lady that half heartedly served me looked like she was chewing a brick. Yes I had a small head and yes the first one was not right but wanted to try and the one on and was basically pushed out the door. Repeatedly asked about other services and was just brushed off. I have bought a few wigs over the past years even from the store when you was in Hoole. Well done Morgan’s wigs I feel even less worthy.

Please do not purchase a wig from Rebecca Morgan’s salon at Prestatyn/Chester/Cardiff. I paid close to £1,000 for a wig for my daughter who has Alopecia after NHS gave me her details. The fit is awful and the colour faded within a couple of weeks and then shedded. Tape had to be used but the gaps at the nape of her head were huge and could not be disguised. We had to order a new one from another salon within 3 months. This was my daughter's first wig and we put all our trust in Rebecca but we are SO disappointed with the state and condition of the wig which surely should have lasted more than 3 months. When I complained she stated it was outside the warranty period of 3 months - but this is not on her website and neither were we given any sort of documentation upon purchase. As first time wig buyers I did not do any research as Rebecca had the NHS tender and believed she was good … was I wrong!! I never want any other cancer patient or alopecia patient to buy a sub standard wig as we did. The new wig that we bought elsewhere for the same price is absolutely amazing and cannot even compare it to Morgan’s wig. For a child to loose their hair is bad enough, but to loose it a second time with a terrible wig is traumatic. We were offered £200 voucher from Rebecca towards our next purchase at her salon … but never in my life will I set foot in her salon again. Yes, we receive £90 voucher from Nhs towards a wig, but it is better to pay an extra £90 at another salon to get an excellent wig. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A WIG FROM MORGAN’s. Do your research thoroughly and do not use the Nhs recommendations - unfortunately they are in it for the money and nothing else.

After having a very unprofessional intralace system fitted by another salon which has basically destroyed my delicate hair further, I made an appointment at Morgan’s wigs CHESTER ( not the awful wig company Morgans that is mixed up in these reviews which I think is a US company). Rebecca and her team made me instantly at ease and were so friendly and welcoming. Rebecca is so knowledgeable and professional but at the same time empathetic to your situation. Each time I went I received a friendly welcoming off all of her staff which is so important in these sensitive situations. I would highly recommend this salon who go above and beyond.

They received my money for 2 wigs And sent used ones pitiful ones not what I ordered ones to me and never replied back since 2022...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam - can't even find the website anymore, can't return the fake products that they sent, false advertisement. Their products do not match description.

Please do not under any circumstance purchase any wigs from MORGANWIGS, They are scammers. I purchased a wig for 36,99 and never received the wig, color and styled that I wished to purchase. They sent some kind of blond clown looking wig, I contacted them over thirty times by email since they do not have a phone number to reach them. they never replied ,My friend was also scammed they sent her a bag of hair shaving which was not a wig. She was also scammed. Never buy anything related to the MORGANWIGS company. Purchase your wigs from Amazon,Walmart or another company that is honest with a contact number and in good standing in the wig selling business. Morgan wigs are liars, scammers and full of lies They just steal your hard earned money with no returns with a bag of bull that you did not order and can't return. So take it from me beware of the lies that Morgan wigs are advertising in all their ads It is a scam that will leave you broke and highly upset because you have been taken for a ride in deception.

People from the US have been purchasing wigs on line from a company called Morganwigs This is not us . We are based in the UK and we do not ship to the USA . I am sorry to all of the people who have been ripped off by this company on line, even some have sent there terrible wigs to us in the uk expecting a refund but you did not purchase them from us . Just look at our name it’s Morgan’s Hair Beauty & Wigs. All of your dreadful comments are very damaging to our business . I have contacted trustpilot regarding this matter .

I think y'all ought to stop showing these pictures and not getting the wheel you think you're going to get I'm going to call the Better Bureau and Report y'all for taking people money and given them bulshit

Don't do it! I ordered two wigs from this place. The wigs I received were nothing like what I ordered and when I went to reach out to them the "store" was offline.

I ordered a wig fr Morgan and th sent me the wrong wig plus th wrong color. Couldn't get anybody after I payed for it.

This is unbelievable. I ordered a gray nice wig. Received a yellow straight wig. Sent email 10 days ago. Heard nothing. Every bad word in the English language comes to mind. It too a long time to come from China. That's $70 I will never see again. Going to put my review in the BBB so other people don't get scammed in.

The wigs are garbage don't buy them or send any money. They are fraud . Please note this is a scam. The order was wrong color and style no way to return them . They do not respond. I'm reporting Morgan wigs to Federal Trade Commission. Horace experience. Get the word out. Don't buy thes fake synthetic old lady stiff wigs

I was too generous with giving even a one star. I ordered two wigs a month and a half prior to my birthday. I have the confirmation of the color and the style. The way didn't come until after and when it did come it was not the right color not the right style. And let me just back up I notified them five times to track my order and no contact no response. So now I sent her a letter / email me question to return items with my phone number attached. No respond. The quality of the wigs with very poor. It's Saturday too see that it wasn't nothing like the promotional video if I don't hear back from them shortly I will be taking them to a small claims court just for the principal of it. It's for the horrible experience.

Visited this salon today with my mam who is fighting cancer…..we had an appointment with the owner Rebecca for a wig fitting for my mother we had the best customer care from start to finish Rebecca was very sympathetic and made my mam and myself feel comfortable and special …. Nothing was too much bother for her we cannot thank you enough for today and for putting a smile on my mothers face with her lovely new wig… We highly recommend anybody who is suffering with hair loss and wants a wig to choose this salon 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many thanks Carwen & Karen pinky 💞

I ordered 2 different wigs from Morgan wigs. What I got was the same wigs. It was supposed to be a blond short (slightly) curly wig. Instead I got a short wig with the curl so tight, I look like Bozo the clown. Sadly I bought the wig to wear to my daughter's wedding. Well, that's not going to happen. I sent an email to get a refund, the same day I got the wigs. I have not heard from them. I don't know whether they are ignoring me or have too many requests for refunds. I suggest not to buy from this company. The wigs come from China, and look nothing like the pictures you see.

Very good service. Wonderful Manager who made me feel completely at ease on my first salon visit out in two years. Can not reccomend highly enough.
