As below, rude and unprofessional women who pride themselves on ripping people off, providing a terrible service and poor quality Wigs. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you want quality and professionalism.

After an initial consultation with Rebecca who really “got” what I wanted earlier this week I was booked in with Leanne. I am VERY particular about what I want when it comes to my hair and have tried many salons near and far and never felt they have achieved exactly what I want. So today was the big day for my appointment with Leanne. From the minute I walked through the door I felt the salon had a very professional vibe whilst maintaining a genuine welcoming friendliness. Leanne really listened to what I want and took time talk through my expectations and what could be achieved. I could not be more thrilled with my hair; I have found my forever salon and stylist! Thank you so much 🤩🤩🤩

Had an appointment here today, with leAnn, and have to say she is absolutely brilliant, love how she knows what she is doing , very professional and always makes me feel and look great, As for the salon it's self I was made to feel very safe and comfortable ( in these covid times) everywhere is clean tidy and there is hand sanitiser on the station you are sitting at, this will now be my permanent hairdressers R.parry

Having been recommended this Salon, I can say I’m appalled at how I was spoken too and treated by the Staff today ! I booked an appointment 31/07/20 (only 3 days ago) paid a £10 deposit to secure my booking (understandable due to the current situation) I needed to cancel this as my new employment had been brought forward and I couldn’t commit to re-booking. When I asked for the return of my deposit I was told that this was non-refundable NOT TOLD THIS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING When I explained that this was out of my control and that I had given them 1 weeks notice, giving them plenty of time to re-book another client into my slot, I was still met with a total disregard of my situation and that the ‘Deposit’ was non-refundable I’ve been a Customer Service Manager for over 10 years I found the confrontation very distasteful, unprofessional and very rude. I was finally offered a £5 refund which was only offered as I was told this would be for the PPE that I had apparently paid for that I now wasn’t going to be using ? How much does an apron, mask and 2 x pumps of sanitiser cost ? I have never before felt the need to complain about any service I have ever received in the 46 years of my life but this service has made me feel both angered and humiliated.

Cannot fault this company, Rebecca Morgan is so helpful, understanding and very compassionate, she immediately puts you at your ease and makes a very stressful experience in to a really positive one, customer service is 5* highly recommend this company

I would not hesitate to recommend Morgans for both their excellent salon services and their friendly professional approach.
