I found it difficult to track my order using the supplementary app. Would be much better to add the tracking function to your web pages rather than rely on yet another app. One of the four boxes of my order was not sealed, had burst open, but all contents were correct. Other than that, the Au Lait product is of good quality and well worth having.

Lovely product but disappointed when I ordered 12 bottles that none of them had pumps on them. I have since ordered these but felt that the postage at £10 was very expensive for such a small package.

Ordered a box of 340 25g Sea Kelp soaps for our self catering holiday rental as thought having two wrapped unused bars of soap per bathroom per rental, would be preferable to liquid soap in these extraordinary times. Just wish I could have ordered the rest of the range in the miniature bottles but in smaller quantities so I could mix and match the range but still order the overall quantity of one box of a single item. Heh ho!
Sea Kelp is my favourite Scottish fine soap. I wanted my guests to experience it. Great to a have refill option for our holiday cottages. Well package and arrived in good time Thank you

Ordered bathroom fittings, dispensers and supplies which came very quickly. The 5L Sea Kelp shampoo received was not the same colour as the tester sent to me previously. Although Montague Lloyd offered to exchange it for something else, I didn't bother. Just a little disappointing as my handwash, shampoo and bodywash are all green in colour and I would have preferred one of the products to be a different colour, as they were in the tester sizes. However, an excellent service from Montague Lloyd. Products are of high quality. Would order again.
