Very good however would be helpful if the 5ltr refills descriptions stated if pumps where included or not. Ended up having to order via Amazon for quickness as it wasnt of any use with the pumps.

Fast speedy service from Montague Lloyd. The Tuffnells delivery driver was nice, but that was maybe because he had just hit my entrance post on the driveway. Where it states 'Cars Only'! All in all a great service.

Very happy with the way my order was handled. Great that someone actually answers the phone within a few rings rather than waiting hours for someone to reply. One item was out of stock in the quantity ordered but they managed to offer an alternative solution swiftly. All in all very good service!

There has been no communication regarding delivery, which costs £12, and it has been a week. Not the service I was expecting. Very disappointing as need the products for my business.

I wanted to order plastic pumps for the 5 litre refill soap containers I had previously ordered, but discovered that on the website I was restricted to ordering a maximum of 4 pumps. When I was then charged £10 shipping this virtually doubled the total cost.If I had been able to order more pumps this wouldn't have seemed so bad!
