After reading install instructions I installed the hood in 5 minutes. Made with top grade stainless steel. No more smoke, grease and steam going up on front of microwave and cabinets. One screw to remove for cleaning, making it easier than old style hoods in place.

EXACTLY What I have been searching for! Every time we cooked on the front 2 burners of our stove we had to open doors and turn on all bathroom vents due to my very sensetive sense of smell. Smoke from the front 2 vents always filled the room instead of going into the vent and outside the house. This visor solves that problem perfectly! Very Easy to Install in under 5 minutes! Looks great and it is simple to insert into its slot of the bracket. Removeable by simply pulling it out of its bracket. We have no intention on removing it though because it looks great. This hood visor should be a requirement for the home builder to install if you have the exhaust vent that exhausts through the microwave oven to the outside of the house like we do. It simply covers the front 2 burners on your stove, so the smoke funnels to the vent instead of straight up into the kitchen. Fast shipping and great customer service. We had a minor detail at first, called customer service and our issue was immediately handled with no questions. LOVE IT! Will definitely recommend MicroVisor to all of our friends!

Had terrible experience with the product. This is literally a no-return product because if you return it then first u have to pay return shipping and they will also find a reason not to refund you even if u never installed or used the product, saying the product is used. I feel cheated 😔 never buying any Microvisor product again.

HUD was just as advertised easy to install took me about 5 to 10 minutes to install. My wife immediately checked it out cooking on the front burner it directed the smoke right up into the fan she loves it.

It took some really gymnastic effort to get the screws through the track into the microwave; but once done it all fit well and works nicely. Delivered on time and complete.

Perfect solution for OTR microwave owners that can never get enough good ventilation for their stove top cooking. High temperature stir fry or searing meat inevitably caused a kitchen full of smoke before I installed this Microvisor Hood, but now most of the smoke is captured and exhausted. The ingenious mounting bracket makes installation easy and solid, while allowing simple removal for cleaning. I have a low profile Kitchen Aid microwave and it attached exactly as described in the instructions, plus it looks great!

The hood color matches that of microwave and fits perfectly and traps all gases.
