My order isn’t what I purchased the ad said x5 4-4,5ft cherry laurel hedge plants, I had to chase also to see where my order was as it wasn’t showing on the shop app and no email had been sent re an update.I have been sent 5 cherry laurels but not the above size. Delivered on time and plants were really well packaged and very healthy. These were a present for my sister and she was very happyto receive them.
Didn't receive any emails about delivery date and the item was delivered to our neighbour despite us being home at the time. Still, the item arrived and I'm happy with it!

Can’t handle the weight of a light coat bent the plastic ridding, poor quality even for price and wouldn’t recommend or order again
Ordered a Christmas tree at the end of November, chased on a number of occasions as this was the only tree i had purchased... 5 weeks later, the tree arrived and all i can say is that i was cat-fished.. It looked like it had been through a house fire.. Contacted Mevano with images of what i had ordered vs when they had sent me.. they wanted to investigate but i didn't see why they needed to as the images was enough evidence.. Finally after sending the tree back, they had received the return and didn't contact me to process my refund.. After tracking it a week later and having to contact them again, they processed the refund straight away! Think twice before purchasing!
The Product is very easy to assemble. I had Minimal room and use it in different rooms in my house and it is very easy to move from room to room when I am working from home with the laptop perfect.
