I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS???

Drone is rubbish it didn’t hover or stay stillI , have had a drone before and know how to use it would send it back but have split one of the prop guards against a wall because of it not being controllable

Delivery was very prompt, order process simple. The product are average quality and don’t look as good as I’d hoped from the original picture. I guess you get what you pay for. I wish I’d waited and saved up for some nicer ones 🤷‍♀️. That said, they’ll do for now. They are flat pack, and reasonably simple to assemble.

Plants were so small nothing like on pictures very deceiving plus I ordered 5 only 3 came

I was expecting strawberry plants and not seeds, which I don’t know what to do with them put them in water or put them in the soil????

Didn’t state I had to fill it myself

Very good delivery service and the leylandii plants were perfect,have no complaints about what I payed and what I received.

Thank you for taking a £10 reduction, however after waiting two and half weeks and chasing twice our originally £50 fig tree arrive today. We are not impressed and very underwhelmed by the very small size for the cost and wait. I would not recommend a purchase of this product or from this company as a result. Very disappointing and could have purchased much more elsewhere for less and faster Update - I’ve asked for a refund envelope, which you have said was sent but I’ve not received this The help facility is not any help currently but I will keep this and Facebook update with progress

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a plant from them on the 23rd April has still not arrived. Sent several e-mails but no replies - looked for a telephone number - number not available. I then get an e-mail asking me to rate my purchase. I have written again to them today - but don't expect an answer judging from my previous e-mails. The chat line on their Website just tries to get you to a social media platform. I have read several reviews on here where people never get their goods or their money back. So I believe it is a Scam. So my advice is DON'T USE.

This company has a serious lack of attention to emails,Tried to cancel order to no avail.

I have not received the item I have tracked the item and it said it’s tried to be delivered 5times. I have a ring doorbell and there is no evidence on there that it has.

not once did you reply to any of my emails and you never let me no when the delivery was on its way
