The venue is well designed. One snag we faced was that it was a windy day and there was limited shelter from the wind as we waited to follow the coffin into the building.

First class service

Very nice memorial park but disappointed that had to pay £76 extra for very short closing video but they did get the ashes back to the undertaker very quickly so my son could return to his serving overseas duty. Overall excellent service.

I had the privileged to conduct a ceremony here yesterday and can recommend the team at Northhertsmemorial in every aspect. I had been in touch by email and phone before the day and they were so helpful and friendly then. I then traveled down from Scotland and came in the day before the ceremony to introduce myself; the team (Paul, Donna and Kieran) could not have been more accommodating even getting me a much needed cuppa! Professional and respectful combined with warmth and openness, I would heartily recommend their services any time. Thank you!

Although very new, this crematorium and burial ground is starting to develop and is a peaceful, well kept and well looked after cemetery. Paula, Rick, James and the other staff are professional, polite, down to earth and keen to help. The chapel and the rest of the building and grounds are spotless.

North Herts Memorial have a Wesley sound system but they also have an organ when live music is required which I regularly play. I have always found the staff to be very attentive and concerned for the needs of bereaved families. The will do everything they can to help make the funeral go exactly as requested. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

This really is in a lovely location, far enough away from the town and traffic noise that it is quite tranquil and pretty place. The building is modern and light. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and they really do make the service truly personal.

I have attended two services here in the last six months and I have to say that the Settling is lovely and the staff are very caring and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I would highly recommend them.

Staff were excellent and very helpful for my fathers funeral. The gardens are lovely and the chapel is very modern and welcoming. I would recommend to others.

Paula, James and Rick are always ready to help in any way they can in a sensitive manner. They are quick to respond to emails and follow up very quickly to phone calls. The grounds are immaculate and are a quiet place to reflect. I particularly like the water features. The memorial park is a much needed facility in North Herts

A beautiful crematorium and memorial park. Set in lovely tranquil surroundings. The chapel is light and airy offering up to date technology by way of visual tributes, live web streaming etc.. The cemetery grounds are well laid out and well maintained The staff are so helpful and friendly and make everyone feel looked after. Nothing is too much trouble - a credit to their company.
