Excellent experience with MedCerts! I completed the CPT program and have passed the NHA CPT exam. With the help and guidance of my Student Success Advisor, Baylie and my Career Coach, Jennifer, I was able to feel confident through the entire process. I am truly grateful for them! Now on to an exciting future!

I wanted to enroll in the program for a couple of months now. However, was healing from surgery and my finances would not allow for me to pay for the program. I was connected with the representative Jon L. He seemed to be understanding and supportive of helping me with the enrollment process. I still, had no money to pay. I told him, when I was ready I'd call him back. It took several months, but I was able to successfully enroll in the Phlebotomy program with his help. When we were finished with the enrollment process, I broke out in tears. Even though it's only the beginning, I feel like I just did a great thing for myself. This is going to change my life and I'm so ready. Jon L was great and I really felt like he was happy for me. Thank you for your time Jon L.

Jamila was very knowledgeable about the products their company offers. So much, in fact, that she shared knowledge woth me that I wasn't even calling in about. I wanted to use my TA to help finish out my college degree, but she informed me about the CA program. It fit my needs and schedule way better and I am very thankful I connected with her the day I called for assistance.

The customer service is unmatched!!! Mrs. Rena Jenkins was an angel and saved me soo much money by switching to this program! I was about to commit to a school offering the same thing for twice the amount! I can't wait to get started! The virtual program is so much more inviting and organized than others! My experience with MedCerts was wonderful! The enrollment process was very easy and simple, the courses and exam application process were very straight forward. So i haven't been able to login to my student portal. In a few weeks or month. But i said ill give it a shot. And was able to login. So i give up and 100% believe in my soul that medcerts controls your progress and how fast you go. So The heck i was on a roll. I had one issue and called the school for help. The min they seen how fast i was going. Sense then i was not able to login or do any of my class work. I believe they control your progress and the speed. Now im able to login and do class work. The hell smh. If they want to make it work im down to talk and take down my reviews on them if not they stay up.

I have been trying to contact them for weeks now. I haven't received all of my certificates. I've called & emailed & nothing!! Thank you for your reply... I listed my # so you could call me. I've sent emails, so you have my email. I've BEEN calling the # you listed. There is never an answer. Only an automated system to leave a message. I left numerous messages! I already received my certifications from NHA. I'm referring to my certifications for Word, Excel & Customer Service. The added certifications that were offered from MedCerts. Please call or email me.

I thought trying to start MedCerts was going to be difficult but Daniel made it easy. Very appreciative of continued contact with me and helping me get started and on the right track.
