What made my experience great was that Mr.Mark was hands on very helpful and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. He explained everything in depth to make sure I was comfortable with the tasks and things expected of me.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. Including the compassion, flexibility, along with, the understanding. I got very sick the day I was supposed to enroll and missed my original phone call; yet once I sent a text out explaining I got a call almost immediately. I’m not fully enrolled and ready to start this next chapter!
