So far, the “brush-up” is going well. The problem I have is that I can’t move forward as quickly as I was told. Perhaps it’s because I started late, but I’m caught up and can’t go further without something I am not aware of.

I talked with advisor Nathan Johnson to help me understand the PCT program, and I enrolled the next week. He's extremely friendly and very patient, and is just all around very personable. I highly recommend speaking with him if you have ANY questions about any of the programs. Very excited to begin my journey with MedCerts!!

I am very excited to start my classes wit Med Certs and none of this wouldn’t be happening If it wasn’t for Tiffany Shackleton she stayed on me supported me and was very patient with me cause this can happen and her staying checking on me and making sure I did everything that needed to be done to start my classes which I am truest excited about. I just want to say that my process for getting my funding was quick and easy. The assistance and guidance that I received from Mr. DeNorris Monroe was amazing. He answered my questions and concerns with ease which left me stress free and with no doubts. He even made aware of benefits and advantages I didn't even know I could have. I had not used the new system for education benefits for service members and veterans, and he guided me through the process step by step. I really appreciate that because most education consultants don't take the time to walk you through the process of getting enrolled. I greatly appreciate his patience and I am looking forward to starting my MCBC hopefully today. Thank you for all you do.

My experienced with Ms. Jamila Crum was awesome! I don’t have an idea on how to proceed. When she assisted me I had a clear understanding and showed me step by step. She is very nice and patient with me while completing the requirements. She stayed until everything was complete. Even it’s already past her working hours she was very determined to help. I was on a journey to find something that would allow me to be able to help my daughter out next year with my granddaughter going to school, and I remembered MedCerts. I can’t say enough about Mr Nathan Johnson, who had been helping me if I can remember since September 2023. He waited patiently for my finances to get straightened out and now I can say that I’m starting my journey with Medical Billing and Coding Profession. Thanks to everyone who assisted Nathan in helping me do this and get started. I know this is the best thing I could have done for myself right now. This process took a while to start and was completed 11/28/23, I’m starting my classes on 11/29/23, thank you Nathan Johnson for your patience.

I worked with Paul. He was clear about what I need to get into the st3000 program. Got me in as quickly as possible and reassured me that he would be there to help no matter what along the way. I was just scrolling on Instagram and I came across the MedCerts service. I was skeptical at first but Micheal Gamonal helped me out very well. He gave me the information that I needed and was very patient and answered all my questions. He also helped assist me with signing up using my CA so I am very appreciative of this service and recommend for fellow active duty members and veterans.
