Absolutely no issues with the service. If I did have a complaint and I don’t it would be nice to have clarification on what date / day I was getting the order. I did order on a Saturday night so appreciate that next day delivery couldn’t be expected , but would have been good for that to be clarified
I wanted to order something that wasn't in stock! They contacted me when it was in stock and I was able to arrange a specific delivery date. Brilliant customer service.

Excellent value, exceptional produce and brilliant service. I have a number of butchers in my local area but this company was recommended to me by very good friends. I like the free delivery within 10 miles and the driver was a pleasure as he dropped off the well presented Meatpac. We are making our way through our first order, a family pack and it has been a joy. We will be ordering again in the near future.
For a long time our favourite place to buy meat, we were delighted when meat deliveries were introduced a few months ago. The meat is great quality, well presented and delivered to our door by a smiling friendly chap. 100% recommend you give them a try.

Great quality meat and great delivery service.
The custompac feature has made getting good quality meat even easier. I was able to get a grannypac to fill up the freezer and also add on ribeye steak for a recipe- perfect. Next day delivery is great and the little extra touches like herbs is lovely. Don't use supermarkets anymore.
The delivery guy said "Good morning". Along with my meat they included thyme and garlic which was an excellent touch.
