Once again another perfect selection of delicious meats (and eggs) from Bashford’s MeatPac. We had the succulent pork chops last night and have some minced beef in the slow cooker right now, making a Bolognese sauce. The other meats are in the freezer. And I’m delighted that the steaks now come labelled up, with which cuts they are! Thanks again to you all.
