A great experience all the way around. I was emailed updates as to the progress of my shipment and was continuously kept informed. My water spout arrived in the exact window it was supposed to. The package was well taken care of and the spout was properly wrapped. It appears as though everything is going to operate perfectly however I have not yet installed the water spout.
