I was pleased to find what I needed in the closeout area. Saved some money on a quality spillway and it arrived very quickly just as described.
I bought two water falls from this company and they came scratched. When I tried to reach out to them letting them know that this product is unacceptable they responded by “let’s see how it looks when it’s installed and if the scratches affect the flow of water”

It completely resolved two issues. The splashing water and it softened the sound of the cascading water. It was well worth the investment.
I ordered a stainless steel spa spillway, custom dimensions based on the Lombardi line of spillways. It is exactly as ordered and did arrive within the timeframe they communicated to me. I only give this 3 stars for a couple of reasons. One is the cost. I paid over $480 for one 14" bent piece of metal. Maybe that is the going rate, and I know I had other options such as tile or stone. That being said, the craftsmanship is great and I'm sure I'll be happy with the sheet of water that spills off the lip. Another reason for the 3 stars is the 6 week lead time. I asked if there was any way to expedite it since I could not install my coping until I had it in hand and they said no. They indeed took the whole six weeks, even though I was notified the day after I ordered that it was sent out to be cut. I don't know what takes that long, but for the cost and urgency, I had hoped that there could have been a priority placed on my order. Overall, I'd say that it was just too expensive for the experience that I had.

I have been in the pool industry for years and finding scuppers and spouts for our projects can be dreadful. Glad we have finally found a company that makes gorgeous products with a quick turnaround. The workmanship is the best we’ve found yet, and the customer service team is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Competitors don’t even come close to Majestic Water Spouts.
I really like the copper scuppers, and there is just one reason for not giving 5 stars. I called in to ask a question about the grounding posts, and they would not even speak with me. I wasn't looking for electrical advice, and I think it's pretty lame to refuse to speak to a customer about a product he just paid $1,000 for. No excuse for that. And just one more comment regarding the idiotic and condescending suggestion from "Tom" that having a "certified electrician" on staff would make this product "even more expensive". You design it, you manufacture it, you sell it and you should SUPPORT it with customer service. A first-class company would have knowledgeable customer service on staff that could answer questions about the product you manufacture and sell. I had a general question about the use of the grounding connection, not about local electrical codes. It wasn't something a good company would run away and hide from.
