Considering how old the films were Cine Magic did a great job it was just a shame that one of the films had been used twice. But great job folks thank you.

Cine Magic has liberated reels of film that have gathered dust for years. Now in their shiny new DVD format, it's the first time I've been able to see them in 40 years. They are now a firm favourite for all my family!
I use film transfer services a lot as I collect vintage films and then upload them to Youtube. The results on the piece of aged 16mm film that I sent to Cine Magic were exceptional - clear, sharp, and with smooth motion. I shall be using them again.
The film of my mother in law's christening was transferred to DVD ahead of the expected date and was of great quality - very much appreciated all round.
Responded well to all communications concerning the sending and return of my parcel of films. Everything delivered within the promised timescales. It is hard for me to say how good the results are as I have not had any of these cine films converted elsewhere to compare. However the AVI files supplied are at a good resolution and are of the sort of quality I was expecting. All in all I would recommend thse guys and happily use them again.

fully satisfied with the result, I found the reel at the bottom of a drawer and had lain there for forty years, so it was surprising that the transfer was so successful. thanks again brought back happy memorys.
I did do some copying myself filming onto a screen and using a digital camera and having that put on disc but on there was judering but with cine magic I think they must use rollers

I had carried two old home movies from the early 1970's all round the world with me. Decided to get them transposed. Result far exceeded my expectations. Great service with excellent communication.
I found a reel of cinefilm with my old family photos and decided to use this company because of the good on line reviews. I had no idea what was on the cinefilm and hoped it would be a lovely suprise for my brother's upcoming 65th birthday. I ordered 2 dvds and was really impressed with the quick turnaround (approx 9 days) It turned out that my cinefilm had no soundtrack. However, the background music chosen by cine-magic was perfect. As soon as the dvd started to play, i saw my mum, dad and brother walking towards the camera smiling and laughing. Nothing could have prepared me for the emotion i felt seeing them all so happy-so much more poignant than photos. Although I've cried buckets, I'm so grateful i now have these treasured memories of us as a family in the 50s and 60s. Especially important now mum and dad have passed away. I had an unusual experience when I opened the pack from Cine magic. I had sent off a couple of old cine films that I found in the loft. One was an old black and white 9.5mil film which my father took of me and my brother when I was approximately one year old and my brother two and a half. Our father was a very interesting man who liked to try anything new and we had a TV before the war. He was a hands on father who loved nothing more than taking us out for bicycle rides. Our favourite was 'over the bumps' which was an unmade road where the lorries and cars had made huge ruts in the road and we bumped over it as it dried out. He loved taking us to London where we would feed the pigeons in Trafalgar Square. His favourite shop was Gamages where we always ended up with numerous gadgets. He would take us to a magic shop in the Strand and buy tricks for us that were intended for the Magic Circle only, This lovely man was suddenly taken from us at the age of 41. Imagine my pleasure to see him in the film, albeit briefly. But all very tearful for me.

My Father found a 9.5 mm film of his parents wedding in 1944, after my Grandma died, so it was a priceless heirloom to us. Cine- magic did a fantastic job of converting it, and even went the extra mile to get it done before Fathers day. The whole family was thrilled!
I wanted cine-film converted so I could surprise my family whilst on a reunion holiday. I had left it rather late to send off my films but the company did everything they could to get them back to me before I left and they succeeded. Excellent quality conversion and very good value for money. These films now have a second lease of life, I couldn't be happier with the results and service.

Cine Magic has an easy to use website. Once the order is confirmed, address labels are included with the Order Form for printing. The completed DVD and original films are returned in good time. I have used Cine Magic twice now and am extremely happy with the results.
My wife found an old reel of 8mm cinefilm in a box of old items from her mother's house. We sent it to Cine Magic on the off chance that it might be interesting. It turned out to be unseen film of a family holiday in Copenhagen in the mid-1950s. An absolute delight! We found Cine Magic's ordering process very easy to follow, so we knew what it would cost in advance. And the service was fast and efficient.
