Bought an expensive jacket 2 seasons ago and had to send it back every season. The zipper broke 2 times and each time it took MONTHS to get it back. The customer service is terrible and it does not feel like a luxury experience shopping with them. No one is responding and fixing a zipper shouldn’t take 3-4 months!!!!!! I had to freeze during winter since the jacket has been at Luisavaroma for months and it’s now July and still no jacket. Answer to Luisa after they responded to the review and not my emails: A winter coat is usually only worn 1 season per year and it has broken both winter seasons I have had the jacket. So claiming that you are helping me after 2 years is misleading considering I only used the jacket for 2-3 months maximum in a year, considering it broke I would say 1-2 months per year. Even if I sent it back in may(I have a life and family so it’s not always easy to remember everything) it still not supposed to take 2 months for a repair. Maybe focus on improving the experience rather than trying to find what “mistakes” I did. I can go through our email thread and see months of going back and forth about a broken zipper so please focus on customer service instead.

Very poor experience! My first and last order with this ridicilous site and their processes. I made an order on Monday and I have recieved the update that they are carrying out a routine verification on my payment details, in relation to the payment method I used. I have never had this type of problem using my own card with my own details and I always use sites likes mytheresa or farfetch. They are giving poor information on the status of the order: by email they say this will take 3 days, via phone they say they will escalate. I ordered on Monday because I need the item by Friday and payed Express shipping for nothing basically. Don't waste your time and money here, there are far better options on other sites at the same price.

Co prawda jestem przed dostarczeniem produktu ale musze wyrazić swoje oburzenie. Zamowilam torebkę zaplaciłam za przesyłkę biznes. Ja rozumiem że sa wyprzedaże ale zeby przez 3 dni nie wysłać jej? Zdecydowałam sie dopłacić za przesyłkę bo chcialam zakupioną torebkę zabrać na wakacje ..i co :( Pisałam do obsługi, odpowiadają rzadko i zdawkowo. Edit: 11.07.2024r. po odpowiedzi ze strony sklepu widać, to że odpowiedzi są zdawkowe bez indywidualnego podejścia do klienta a przede wszystkim bez argumentów

***AVOID*** these scammers are the worst. I placed an order, received the sneakers almost an entire week later. I knew it would be an issue the moment I realized I had to message them to shop out the sneakers as there was no progress with the shipment. I then receive the sneakers, I tried them on, they didn't fit, and decided to return them back. I received the sneakers on the 19th and returned them right away. They received the sneakers, then after a week still no response from them. I had to email them several times requesting my refund. I got a response that apparently the "authentication tag" was tampered. I was provided no proof or evidence on this matter. They also asked me if I tampered it myself which I responded no. I then get an email 2 days later stating the same nonsense. Now it's been over 2 weeks that they're sitting on the sneakers with no refund provided to me. My thing is if business is bad there must be some websites that Luisaviaroma can use for financial assistance. They can ask for donations, or ask the Italian government for some kind of help. I mean business must be that bad that they're creating these scam tactics to avoid refunding their customers. First and last time I ever purchase from this company.
