And they want $50 for shipping? 10 days and I still haven't gotten my order. No upadtes are given during shipment process so I only found that my order was being returned because I looked despite not being notified. Service email = No response Support email = No response And there is no phone number to call either. I love my dab pen, it is amazing at what it does for its price, but I will never be ordering anything directly from their website again.
This company has zero customer service!! Placed an order for several items and only got one of them on a Friday and am still waiting Monday afternoon for a response.
Delivered a broken water pipe from China, not packaged properly. Battling to get my $162 back. NEVER AGAIN.
Slow shipping tracking number was odd but legit my order was half right the color was all that was messed up
Terrible service, item not recieved and customer service gives no help. I reached out so they can make it right and they charge me 20 more dollars to resend item out that I did not get. This place is a scam!! Do not use lookah, do not buy from them or you will be out money. Currently talking to BBB and my lawyer about a fraud case. Avoid at all cost!!!
WARNING DO NOT BUY, They will ship your order you will get it, if it’s glass, expect every one of there throw away defects, finger pushed through glass while putting barcode stickers had to get stitches on my finger, company went totally silent after won’t even send me a reply while still spam emailing me daily that if I need anything to message them, update hours after posting this they decided to email back saying they’d like to offer 15% off Black Friday for my inconvenience, when it’s literally the site discount for Black Friday, company is absolutely horrible, please buy somewhere else like BDD
The absolute worst warranty replacement and customer service. Been waiting for months and did everything they told me to do for my deflected product and still NOTHING. Not even a simple email return response. This company has GREAT products but do not stand by there warranty and are liars. What a trash ass company!
Horrible unprofessional customer service. They shipped me warranty replacements 4 weeks ago. Shipment is lost. loofah has done nothing to fix the problem. I’m a cancer patient and suffering due to their negligence
They do not actually send the items that you purchase. They give you a fake tracking number and then when you contact support they tell you to wait even though the package is not in the correct state. Do not waste your money with this company.
