Let me start by saying I've never had an issue with their products, it's their service and deception that I take issue with. Lookah has the worst shipping practices I've seen at a company. It's been 5 days and my order still hasn't shipped, and I specifically purchased express shipping. The fact that you can't leave a review on the website, but can read reviews from various people is highly concerning. You should not be able to pick and choose the reviews show, that is deceptive. Even as a verified buyer I can't leave a review. It's a shame I love the products, because I have to find another company that values customer service and honors what they advertise.
Had to do a return and customer service was great and fast all the way through.Got my refund with no problems.Fantastic product ...Love it just takes forever for them to ship so i bough one in town.
The products are amazing but the false advertising or beating around the bush for shipping is ridiculous I paid for what I thought was going to be usps priority shipping but no all that did was pay for them to actually ship it me faster which didn’t even happen, they made the label that morning never went out then on Monday it showed it’s still according to DHL “ 5:34 PM Local time EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING” and now it’s Tuesday and still hasn’t updated one I don’t even know who uses DHL anymore they are the worst and the slowest shipping company I ever dealt with USPS is way more sufficient but anyways don’t pay for “lookah priority” because you can expect that it won’t arrive for at least 5-9 days and they used ground as well. “ Service DHL SM Parcel Ground” So much for your priority shipping I don’t think I should have to pay you to send my order let alone disguise it as a faster shipping option by calling it priority most companies nearly everyone uses usps so it’s obvious you guys used that term and added lookah in front to get around the disputes of shipping which is shady. Products are good but shipping is terrible and the company is using shady marketing tactics to gain more revenue greedy, won’t be purchasing another lookah infact once this coil is done I’ll be heading to the smoke shop to find a different brand. Thanks for nothing except for the cool blue honeycomb replacement tube that has yet to arrive! Nor be accepted into the system after 5 days is ridiculous.
I purchased my Luca and within four days the top broke off in a minute and took it back to the dispensary who replaced it One day before the warranty was up and after I moved out of the state where I purchased the product the contacted Luca to replace the item as it is not inexpensive I was pretty much told too bad so sad. They weren't able to help me. That's okay; I will never purchase another product this company makes again. Your product is poorly made. The material and design do not work. Your customer service sucks. Potential customers beware They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY MAKE. That speaks volumes. Save your money buy a bong from somewhere else.
I'd give 0 stars, but that's not available...DO NOT waste your time with this company. been waiting over a month now for 2nd shipment, replacement coils(elements). . The first shipment was returned, for unknown reasons. Customer Service Is a Joke. Was Dealing With someone named Zoey Gao. She is probably fictitious. Now , NO ONE will contact me for a replacement.

Shipped with DHL even though it could fit in an envelope?? It's been sitting in the same spot in CA for 5 days now. Don't bother trying customer service. They're non-existant.
There’s no working with this company, their customer service is the absolute worst. Had a seahorse pro arrive DOA and they wanted me to pay to ship it back to China and would only give me store credit in exchange. (This was around Christmas and so not affordable) Now I need a replacement button for the egg and Lookah won’t respond to lookahusa’s attempts to inquire for me. It seems lookahusa is just an intermediary with no control which is even more aggravating.
I CANNOT get a good pull off of it. For 100$ it's absolutely not worth it. I'm really extremely disappointed.
DON' T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a terrible company. If your lookah breaks from the factory good luck getting anything back, no refunds, no in-store credit. Buy any other brand. The support team is sh!+. And extremely unhelpful. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
The Seahorse V.2 drops out burning oil reclaim, injuring me in several spots. The skin came right off and was very painful.
So I ordered a pack of coils. The only shipping option cost $20. I waited over a week and the tracking number didn’t work. When I reached out to lookah they were really horrible and refused to help and basically said I will get it when I get. They did eventually arrive but if I’m paying $20 for shipping on a $30 item it should be a 2 day shipping but at the very least I should be provided with a tracking number that works. They were rude and horrible. I do not recommend you support this company, I know I sure won’t anymore.
First time Lookha Seahorse pro used it for a week charged it twice at most next thing you know the battery explodes starts a fire almost burned my garage down.

I have ordered several vapes from this company, I own the Seahorse Pro Plus and also the Lookah Load. I most recently got the giraffe nectar collector device. This is more sturdy than the Seahorse Pro Plus as it has a metal body. The company keeps uping its game and the newer devices keep getting better and better. Wish they had more shipping options and it got her faster but the shipping on orders over $50 is free so can't complain too much about that.
Awful customer service!!! I ordered a lookah swordfish had for a couple of weeks then broke. Emailed customer service team and was told I can get a replacement if I send back at my cost. Paid for the shipping then they give you a coupon to use on their website as a reimbursement. Waited 3 weeks for the new lookah and shows up in a color not ordered or wanted. Customer service told me to tell them what color I wanted and still neglected to send correctly.

6 out of 8 products that iv perchus from them have defected within a week.. the customer service is horrabal..and you pay to ship defectiv item back and forth .witch ran about 50 $. More than twice as much. As product cost . The products look cool and all but dont be fooled ..horrabal quality.. horrabal experience
Do not buy from them.They will probably rip you off.I have repidly emailed them.They refuse to refund or fix seahorse pro I bought.It worked for half a day.I will never buy from lookah again.
