Got through by phone mid morning on a Monday in just under 50 minutes, like another commenter recently I thought this was one of those short term/payday type lenders after going through a broker, but this is a *personal loan lender* over 18 months so was kind of having kittens on borrowing £250 to pay back around £925 when I thought about it. I’m very pleased to say repaying within the 14 day cooling off period and having the loan for 8 days when payday made it possible to pay back I only had to repay a total of £260. Interest was something like £1.23 per day. Thanks for taking the risk on me in the first instance.

Received a call from Alex regarding my complaint, I found him polite and knowledgeable about his products and interest etc, I have a clearer understanding of how loans2go apply their loan and interest, for me it is only a longer term option loan and not a payday type facility and shall clear my balance and loan at 31/07/2023. Just tried applying for 300. Got accepted.. but wanted 810 interest!! So 1110 back... FROM 300!!! Disgusting .. avoid
this is the worst company you could ever deal with and they send you rude insulting emails accusing you of things which are not true and then wont apologise. Avoid this company like the plague
