All the good 5 star reviews real? Shocking interest rate and bad customer service. Surely they pay people to put good reviews

Disgusting how they can charge £1000+ interest to borrow £400 that I wanted to pay over 3 months, be carful filling out applications for short term loans as these will pop up with 18months terms. I will see if this has been mis-sold as it was very easy and quick, done on line so you don’t have much time. Should be shut down this company very poor. Please DO NOT get a loan from these

Do not get a loan as the interest rates are ridiculous. Borrowed £500 paying back over 18 months and are wanting a staggering £1850.04. I wish I never got the loan. 15% per month rate of interest. 180% per annum or 770% APR.

Customer service is amazing! First loan provider that actually cares.

Not a responsible lender at all! I am sure these guys are fine if you are in a healthy financial situation (but why would you use them if you were) but they are moody, judgy and sarcastic.

Worst loan company - I borrowed £250 2 years ago and I am still paying £60 a month - honestly can’t wait to be out of this loan! They have had nearly a grand from me for a £250 loan!! I have also asked them many of times to change my payment date to the day I get paid but they won’t so I am regularly going into arrears and when I pay my arrears off the week after - they contact me saying I haven’t paid it and that they have reported me to credit reference agencies 4 payments left and I can’t wait! - I will never use them again no matter what situation.

First of all we applied for a £1000 loan over 36 months. Signed for that. They then approved us for £1000 over 18 months and sent the money before we agreed to the terms. We've been in CONSTANT contact with them since this date. They've ignored 90% of emails we've sent asking for the monthly payment to go down. Once we finally managed to get hold of them and make a plan to pay £75 a month back they then send it to a debt collector demanding £3,000 payed up front or the threat of a CCJ.

Do not use these miles Better companies, applied for a loan 3 weeks ago they rang me yesterday and I missed the call and rang back and was to tell me I hadn’t got it I mean, yeah what ever probably did me a favour as lending £250 and had to pay back £1300

Got a response for my eligibility and had my loan processed in less then 30 day fared than I thought it would be though the interest rate in on the high. With ••FINANces. Fund•• I was able to pay off the loan with the interest in no time. Surprisingly, I still make my daily profits on Finances

Took a £1000 loan out and had it less then 30 day and decided to just pay it off as I had second thoughts about the payments. I was charged over £300 interest. Absolutely day light robbery

Was offered a £500 loan which I though about then double looked and could not believe the amount they wanted me to pay back, £1870 TO pay back and only borrowing £500, you can shove your loan up your shxxter, company's like you should be illegal you scamming cxxts!!

If I could give minus zero I would.What a rubbish company. They offer you a loan and then you get ignored in every way.Called customer service after 2 days waiting, they asked for a payslips which has been sent ,then the guy on the phone promised to call me back and let me know about outcome, which never happened so I called again and all of them saying the same .I actually got no words to describe my bad experience with this company .they treat customers like sh.t, they will grab your details and payslips and after they will ignore you .Also I can see I'm not only the one who had very bad experience with this company..Well I'm not sure I can call this a company or garbage

Applied, got accepted, but out of hrs so had to wait untill 8am expecting 2 or 3 hrs later to see the money, waited the whole day, chased 3 times and just told they are busy , now 19:30 in the evening and been totally ghosted by them, not impressed at all, no doubt they won't give me the money but will accidentally start charging me as my contract was signed, seem like a bunch of scam artists to me, don't waste your time with them because they will definitely waste yours

Awful company. £2500 repayment for a £700 loan. Took 2 payments of £143 within 2 weeks. Refused a refund at first but then as a ‘good will gesture’ gave me half back, even tho I explained that was all I had to last me the month and they would also be taking another full payment in another 2 weeks ( so 2.5 payments taken within a month!!) and I couldn’t afford that! Didn’t care and kept stating the half refund was a good will gesture, but made it very clear that I would need to make arrangements to pay it back as it supposedly put me into arrears. Avoid avoid avoid!!
