My call was answered within a minute and Vanya from tech support resolved a complex problem I hadn't encountered before (a conflict between my router and powerline Wi-Fi extenders following a rare outage from Lit Fibre). Having called me back to save me the cost of the call, she gave advice clearly and waited patiently until the problem was completely resolved.

Iro answered my call quickly and efficiently. I am no youngster and he was very patient with me and my lack of technology understanding I wish all companies employed staff like him - would make things so much simpler and more pleasant

Received an email to let us know our contract term ending and giving options. Very fair options and even saying we could check other providers before deciding. The service has been very good and so we returned email to say we’d carry on with lit500 at a very decent monthly fee for a fast internet service. They replied within a couple of minutes to confirm the new contract. Brilliant.

Very fast and responsive customer support from Alex and Iro. I wanted to add something to my existing service and they gave me all the info I needed and applied it super quickly. Can’t fault this company, very happy I left Virgin Media to sign up with them.

Having struggled with ADSL broadband for years - this was our first opportunity to receive fibre broadband, and what a difference! All offered at a really competitive price too. Installation went ahead exactly as planned and the engineers were all efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite. Six months on and everything is still running smoothly. Overall very happy.
