Engineers Dean and Tom were on time, polite, efficient. Checked everything was working before they left. Brilliant
Dean and Tom are a credit to LIT Fibre. They are polite, well mannered and tidy. The installation took a while due to the distances involved. They listened carefully to where I wanted the router to be situated and discussed how to ensure the cabling did not look like an eyesore. It caused them extra work compared to going for the easiest entry point but is barely visible now both internally and externally. Many thanks both!
Had lit fibre installed today by Steve. Turned up in time slot given. Explained process of work to be carried out and agreed cable positioning. Job was carried out swiftly and neatly. Then helped connect my devices.
