I was really nervous when I answered the phone! But to my surprise, this beautiful voice spoke and made me feel so comfortable! Linda is truly the sweetest lady that understands what I am going through! She walked me step by step of what I need to do! Talk about awesome...SHE IS!!!!!

I researched a lot of medical practices to ensure I was making the best decision. LifeRX was not complicated, there’s no ridiculous membership fees, everything was done via telehealth, texting updates all along the way, and the pricing remains the same each month …the 90 day follow up appointment is only $25. I live in Asheville North Carolina where we have experience catastrophic flooding and LifeRX help me through the situation when I was not able to access my medication. Sammy at the corporate office was unbelievably helpful and kept in touch with me and solved all of my questions and also helped quell my anxiety given the Fact that living without power and water is no fun. Thank you again and I can’t articulate how wonderful this company is.

I ordered from LifeRx three times and had an issue after the first time. My prescription was clearly written for FOUR refills. After the first one I kept having to call and explain that Indid NOT need a new prescription because the original had 3 refills left. The second time they finally got it right. The third time they never filled it, never sent it, never responded to my emails. Weeks later I checked in it and it was never even shipped to me. I'm now using a new pharmacy but because of their errors I'm going to be OUT of my medication for at least ten days. I see that others had positive experiences, but with me, they did nothing but screw up.

I was medically-cleared for my medication and everything seemed to be running smoothly. My shipment arrived in 2 days via Fed Ex just like they said BUT my weight loss medication was missing. I only received the vitamins and the syringes. I was told to take a pic of the contents of my shipment and text it to their customer support. I was worried but thankfully they fixed it & my weight loss meds arrived to my doorstep a couple of days later. I appreciate the great customer service.
