Life RX is a godsend. I had plateaued in my weight loss journey and no matter, what I did I couldn’t get down any more pounds. I only eat clean, no sugar, no soda, no fast food and nothing that comes in a wrapper. I also lift heavy 4-5 times a week and jump roping for 25 minutes three times a week. It didn’t matter, I couldn’t lose any more weight. Life Rx has got me back on track and their prices are amazing. I’ve lost 30 pounds already. Their team is great, but RJ really takes the cake. He is super helpful and is like a fairy godfather. Whenever I have been a little cash strapped and waited until the last minute to put my order in knowing that I was cutting it close for my next dose, he always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need in time. He personally calls and rushes my orders and is super communicative and sweet as pie! If you’re lucky enough to get the pleasure to have RJ help you, you’re in for the best customer service experience you didn’t know you could have. I have been looking for weeks to find a cheaper option, and, of course, you know there are so many different companies trying to attract customers in many different ways. They don't want to tell you pricing or give you the information you want right away. I was expecting to get, you know, another robot or something like that. I stumbled across this number and expected to call it, you know, later at night, after 5:00, and speak to a computer or get a voicemail. RJ answered, and though he was not at his desk, he asked if I could call back in about an hour. Since I wasn't really ready to talk to a person, I told him so. He called me back in under an hour and answered every single question. The price was better than I thought it would be, and the fact that I didn't have to deal with a computer and actually got to talk to a human is awesome. That they have someone to handle things for people like me, who are outside the scope of the normal 9:00 to 5:00 workday, is awesome. He answered every question I could think of, so when he asked if I had any questions, there really wasn't anything I could ask. I really appreciate that, and we need more people like him.

Terrible company. I inquired online several months ago and after no interviews, no consultations and even though I have told them I am not interested at least a dozen times they continue to send me the docusign contract - even again today - so they can deduct payments from my account. Stay away!
