The first time I tried FITAID recovery drinks was at a Spartan SGX workshop several years ago! 2 & 1/2 hours of grueling workouts in 90 degrees in blazing sun. I drank my FITAID directly following this intense session and to my surprise I had very limited muscle soreness!!!! I notice the difference when I do not drink one post exercise. Highly recommend this clean recovery product!
