I’ve been ordering cases of life aid in different flavors for probably well over a year now and I’ve been 100% satisfied with the value, quality, taste, and effect of every product I’ve tried. I am currently enjoying a monthly shipment of 24 of the FITAID energy variety pack and I’ve been very pleased. Shipping has also been a nonissue which is rare when dealing with the delivery heavy liquids. Can and do recommend!

It’s the best sports recovery drink we have had. We started drinking fitaid to replace that one feel good drink of the day which was either an energy drink or alcohol. Now it’s an everyday routine as a great pre or post workout drink that gives us a mid day boost.

I think cold FitAid after a hard workout is unmatched! It's so good that sometimes when I don't feel like going to the gym, I will go just because I know I will get to reward myself with a cold FitAid afterwards. For some, fitaid is acquired taste, but I think it is so important how they get introduced to FitAid and the secret is -it always has to be after a hard workout. ☺️
