Brooke Nickless is our new Property Manager. We had 2 before. If Brooke Nickless has been our Property Manager for last few months. I may not swap another Letting Agent. => To change that it is a painful process and maybe difficult. => I am overseas Landlord. I do not expect immediate reply or 1 working day reply for non emergency email. => I am fine with 2 or 3 work days reply. She is good and active. She reply my email within decent response. Fantastic. I can only look forward for future possible collaboration.

Abby Gooptu was very polite when spoken to on the phone. He was quick to respond to our queries and acknowledged our email when asked to do so. We were impressed by his helpful and friendly attitude.

This is literally the most irresponsive company ever. I've had the worst experience with them and certainly do not recommend. They never answer to any issue and literally ghost you for ages; but when it's about you making a deposit payment or them needing something from you they chase you 24/7. The items on my offer letter (supposed to be fixed before I move in) are not fixed until this day. I have left the property a while ago now and I am still waiting for my deposit, and despite sending tons of emails to my property manager Gina, I still have not received any response. Ervis is the only responsive person from Life Residential, otherwise it is the worst company and I have had the worst experience from the very first day (delays in my move-in and in contract submission) until the last (delays in sending my deposit back).

Efficient & Professional service We were contacted by Abby Gooptu of Life Residential Renewals Team quite a few months before the expiry of the current tenancy and very promptly, she secured for us a renewal of the tenancy and at a slightly increased rental rate, which is commendable under the present circumstances. Thanks for Ashley's speedy assistance. The last outstanding repairing work has satisfactorily been completed. Though there are personnel changes within the team, the handover and follow-up process are seamless, leaving worries free to tenants. Life Residential does have a high calibre property management personnel.

Pooja Pandya is very responsible. My apartment still 4 months away from expiration, and she has renewed the tenancy for another year. I don't know whether the tenant contacted her first or she’s first to contact the tenant. But she completed the whole thing in one day. This made me feel at ease for another year not to worry. I have been a landlord for a while, usually agents only contacted the tenants two months in advance. Therefore, my apartment would be vacant for weeks without rental income. Getting the deposit refund involves lots of communication and paperwork but Lorrell did follow up and monitor the whole process closely. She did a good job in helping me to go through the process, million thanks!

We rent with Life Residential for a few years already around Isle of Dogs. So far all communications were made very clear, all needed questions answered and assisted, requests for fixing issues in the property timely resolved. Just recently we got contract renewal with their agent Pooja Pandya, which as well went smoothly all the way from initial communication with the Landlord to signing of the papers.
