I was really disappointed the flowers are wilted and some the petlels browning. The box was open on delivery sticker seales undone. Such a shame

to date, despite promises that delivery would happen today, it wasn't. No notification or any explanation from Letterbuds. I am fed up with chasing this. Very poor customer service.

Hi letterbuds, the flowers were delivered with any note on it...i sent a note to be included. The recipient had no idea who they were from!

Flowers were very wilted and despite putting them in water immediately they still are very wilted. Tried to contact company but Link doesn't work. Won't use them again!

This was a purchase through Groupon so can't complain about the £10 off plus free p&p and the flowers that were delivered were really stunning. However the website was a bit of a nightmare and not easy to navigate but with perseverance I was able to complete the order and plus there was no room for putting a message on the order as they were actually gor a special occasion but nevermind.

They came a week late due to being lost in transit. Very nice when I got them and with chocolates to say “sorry”.

You advertised next day delivery - it took 6 days to get to Sky as you said you only delivered 2xweek there. It would be helpful if this was made clear before ordering. The flowers were OK but very few in the bunch.

The order was not processed or delivered and after 10 days I asked for a refund.
