The flowers were delivered two days after the due delivery date. They were dead, not the flowers ordered and scanty It is an absolute disgrace and feels like a scam

The flowers were a thank you for my mum so I didn't actually see them in person but they looked lovely from the photo she sent me. They were really easy to order and only took a couple of days to arrive. However there was no food enclosed and the delivery person just left them on the doorstep and didn't knock.

Flowers arrived a day late with no reason or apology. This was rather disappointing as it missed the celebration they were for. Sadly, about half of the flowers were squashed/dead and could not be revived. A sad and poor experience : (

It was not your fault that I did not have a great experience. I’m sure the flowers would have looked lovely if they were not old. The problem was DPP the delivery company, they delivered my flowers 2 to 3 days late and that was the time they stored it at the depot, not just how long it take to receive it. That meant that unfortunately when they arrived with my sister, her gift was a bit wilted. My experience of your customer service team was nice. Order was not delivered on the date requested and this was only advised on the actual date the flowers should have been delivered, excuse was that the address was outside central London even though the delivery address has to be included when placing the order.
Your customer service a lady called Salina was exceptionally good. Efficient and polite abd gut my complicated order sorted out after a glitch with the website. Can’t thank you enough and will be using you from now on.
