Love it the event tour was great
After purchase, I was told upgrade was combined with purchase & had 3 days to view & could cancel if I wanted. I cancelled on day 3, then was told only could be refunded for the upgrade, not the original purchase of $997. Total B.S. SCAM!!
My experience during the training was great, with so much to learn about Brokering and Lending Privet Money, It truly is a deep dive into the world of private money lending and brokering! Those fields are packed with financial nuances and opportunities I need to learn and apply all I can.

My training at Lee's Inner Circle was an experience for which I'm very grateful. It was a 3 day whirlwind of real estate information from how to go about finding sellers, extracting information from different sites, how to make an offer of purchase, and how to determine the offering price. It also included tips on how to present yourself and set up the initial meeting with prospective clients! I wish I had known about this system earlier. The people on Lee's team are gracious, extremely knowledgeable, patient, start on time and willing to answer any questions! Thank you everyone on the team!

It was presented in a very understandable method. Robert and Lee did a fantastic job covering all the pertinent information in the 3 days. My favorite was the mock P&S signing. I will rewatch that. Although there were minor technical difficulties, the whole webinar went GREAT ! I don't think the chat was working however a I asked a few questions which I don't think were seen. I was however able to ask them live.
It was an amazing class I really enjoyed and learned a lot from how to find a deal using dealio and sendfuse then the action packed 3rd day going around Spokane city live to auctions looking at houses ect
The daily instruction seemed to lack sincerity and genuine concern for the attendees. I don't think "teachers" should ever assume their students "know" the topic presented, and when he asked if there were any questions, the tone and body language were saying, "I don't want to spend time repeating what I just covered." I just don't believe I received my money's worth for the finale of the program. Additionally, I did not walk away with the feeling that the team there really "has my back." I guess I'll find out as I go on with the information given.
Great Information. But I'm overloaded since I'm brand new to real estate. But I'll keep reviewing the information and keep plugging on toward success!!
All of the information shared was honest and forthright. Questions were allowed and answered. Speakers were patient with the students. Going on house tours and live auction was helpful although I was attending online and I did have some difficulty with the audio. Lee and all of his staff are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate.
this training was great. Lots of hands on experience with calling and visitng the properties and good tidbits of information from the group and instructors. Lee has this well planned out and his staff is awesome.
I have learned so much it was overwhelming but the fact I have contact with the staff including Lee even after the course was done, if need be, I have faith I will be successful! Thank you to the entire Lee Arnold family!!
