I'm taking the broker course slow and easy. God bless him but Lee talk so fast it's like being at a horse auction. I would like to have small dictionary and definition of the term used.. But it's a great learning experience

I like how they make it easy to understand the concepts about real estate business even to a beginner who completely has no experience. However, what I don't understand from them is the pre-approval letter which they include some amount of money which never materialises.
The attendees felt like a classroom even though we were physically separated by hundreds of miles. The instructors were obviously paying attention to the students through the monitors. It was a unique experience for me.
