I rang to get some advise as we moved house last year and the grass in the new home is very poor. The advise was fantastic and I purchased grass seed that should suit this clay soil and should still thrive in the shady parts of the garden. Thank you so much.

I've used this product before to great effect. It's hard-wearing stuff so it's good for when the dogs have the zoomies on a moist day.

I phoned for advice about location of sowing in sand dunes, and got an immediate knowledgeable answer. The well packed seed arrived in days. The seed is sown, rain is awaited and the success of this is yet to be determined!
The product was as I ordered but the delivery logistics were very poor. I paid extra for next day delivery. I missed that next day delivery because I had no warning or time slot for delivery given to me. I could then not contact the courier easily and I had to chase them. They were not especially helpful on the phone considering I had paid extra for prompt next day delivery. When the goods arrived after three days one of the items was broken - clearly the package had been squashed or dropped and the fertiliser inside the hard plastic bucket container was loose inside the packing sack. Disappointed with the service.
My order arrived the day after I ordered it, so I would give them 10 out of 10 for delivery time. I have not used the contents yet, grass seed,, as there is so much surface water in my garden at present the seed would float away. So I cannot comment on the quality of the seed , yet.

Great product and service
I have only received half of my order - contacted company by e mail. Someone responded saying they would chase this up and find missing bag. I sent photo of bag I'd received with quantity on it. Still nothing received and no reply. I need this seed now. I have seen another review where they have been waiting for weeks for their order.
