When I placed an order I incorrectly ticked the wrong delivery box, which meant paying extra for priority delivery. I sent an email asking to change to normal delivery. I got an email pretty well immediately to say that my order had been amended and the refund was processed! Although I won't use the NV seed until the autumn, I sowed a handful to see what it was like. It exceeded my expectations, not a blade of rye grass in sight. Excellent customer service and product.

Great company and great service. Purchase sprogs and dogs and all I can say is it’s amazing grass. Took a long time to germinate however well worth the wait. Please ensure you prepare your lawn first before hand and you will get an amazing lawn UK and will certainly be using them again. Jack has been amazing and always gives the best advice. I’d highly recommend

I rarely post reviews and only do so when a product and service warrants it. I bought drought buster seed and 5kg Vitax fertiliser for a difficult 50sqm area under trees. Admittedly I thoroughly rotovated and carefully prepared the area but even then & with regular watering I was dubious that the seed would grow as this was my 4th attempt to have any grass in this area. After 3 weeks I finally saw a good covering of grass and am very hopeful that with care and maintenance I will have solved this problem area of the lawn once and for all. Despite the Pandemic, the product arrived when the customer service rep said it would and the product seems to be first class. As I said, I rarely provide positive reviews but in this instance it is highly warranted. UK Lawns will now be my first port of call for all lawn care products - thank you.

It had a bit of a rough time in the delivery van. The fertiliser box got broken. The delivery bag did make, a make shift dispenser though. The grass seed wasn’t damaged. Just waiting for our usual wet Cumbria summer now to sow the grass seed so can’t comment on the seed yet.

No problem with Lawn UK it was the carrier that let them down. Having delivery in couriers depot on May 7th according to tracking advice and not delivering until 15th after saying twice it was out for delivery was somewhat crap! Lawn UK did get involved, fair play, but it put me a week behind schedule...I'd suggest get better carrier/courier service...cheers KB

I don’t always buy on price, although I thought that aspect to be very reasonable. Moreover on site navigability and the general ‘feel’ of the site, however fickle that might be. Also on how easy it is to contact a company, asking questions and getting a prompt reply. Often replies either don’t happen or are pretty curt, not in this case & after getting a quick reply even in lockdown I was able to make a decision & made my purchase there and then. Delivery was also really speedy, which was great as I was keen to get seeding. I shall definitely purchase again & definitely recommend LawnUk.

Recieved the lawn seed i ordered. Customer service was excellent. Just took a little while to get my order.

I ordered some lawn seed from this company on 21st April 2020. I also ordered a lawn seeder on the same day and this arrived within days. When my lawn seed didn't turn up after 10 days, I tried to contact the company. The telephone lines were not manned, but the automated response was that the warehouse was operating as it should be. I never received an automated email to tell me that my ordered had been verified, nothing whatsoever, apart from the transaction which appeared on my account. I tried contacting them via email, but received no reply. I contacted them through their facebook page, but again, no reply. I received my grass seed today, which, according to the packaging had been despatched on 29/04/20 (yesterday) No apology, just a clear bag of lawn seed inside an APC poly bag, shipped directly from a company called "All Things Rural Ltd". All in all, a terrible experience, couple that with the lack of responsibility on their behalf, and its plain to see that they are best avoided. I will never use them again. Just to clear things up, I am a self employed retailer with over 25 years experience, and I wouldn't treat my customers like this, despite a pandemic. During times like this, retailers should be going above and beyond to assure customers rather than ignore them.

Delivery very speedy. But grass seed has not taken at all. Now in our second week still no sign of any new grass. Very disappointed.
