After an initial misunderstanding where Laundry Town thought I hadn't paid, all was sorted, i received my laundry promptly and my payent wad still in the bag!! Very trustworthy service and the communication I received was excellent! I would highly recommend.

In Beijing Ran out of cloths and used Laundry Town to get everything washed used the next day service was back at my hotel nice and fresh. 5 start would defo use again

Used once, underwear is now falling apart since being washed there. Whites are now grey. Over charged. When emailed about the clothes they suggested I was my underwear by hand from now on. Even though this underwear has been washed numerous times before by laundry services and has always been fine!

I was passing through Beijing and needed laundry done within 24 hours. I was going to miss regular dry cleaner hours and hotel rates were per item (the total would have been exorbitant). Luckily, I found Laundry Town online. I was frankly a bit skeptical, but didn't have much of a choice, so placed an online order around 11pm, dropped off 2 bags of dirty laundry early the next morning with the hotel concierge, and crossed my fingers. Lo and behold, I returned that evening to bags of freshly laundered clothes and a courteous follow up email. The rush service was a bit pricy, but that's what I signed myself up for. I was very happy with the service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

A quick turn around and an excellent and easy way of cleaning clothes while traveling abroad. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do laundry while traveling abroad.

I needed reasonably cheap, fast and efficient laundry during my recent trip to Kuala Lumpur to be done. After searching through various options, I came across Laundry Town and I am so glad that I did. They offer a pick up and drop off service with a 24 hour turnaround (with options for same day laundry too). My clothes came back clean and folded really compactly, which made it so much easier to pack! I highly recommend Laundry Town and will happily use them again when I next visit the far east.

Researched doing laundry in Beijing while i was still in UK. Laundry Town's service is JUST BRILLIANT, fast, efficient ... and a fraction of the cost of handing your laundry over to your hotel. Easy to use online order form. Very highly recommended!!!!!

I was really excited to find a laundry service operating in a number of countries I visit. I expected a smooth experience from pickup to delivery as the service is targeted at foreigners. Ultimately my clothing came back clean but very wrinkled. They do offer an ironing service, but at substantial cost and with a 3-4 day delay. I have opted instead to simply bring my clothing across the street in the future. It is considerably cheaper, comes ironed and is available within 24 hours. I am unlikely to use the service again.
