I’m staying here at Home Hotel XinYi. This company picked up our clothes and delivered it the very next day!!! The price is AMAZING. A bag full costs us less than $15. Clothes were fresh and clean. This company is so much better than the hotel laundry service that costs more and takes longer. I highly highly recommend this company when you’re in Taipei.

Left laundry with concierge at Fairmont Peace Hotel at 9 am. Requested to have it back by noon the next day. However when we returned to our room on the same day ~5 pm, found the laundry washed and nicely folded. Great service at a fair price. Sarah G.

Great service! Reliable pickup and delivery, great care of our clothes, and much more reasonable prices and faster service than the hotel! (Who ever thought a hotel would require ONE WEEK to return laundry??) Normally navigating laundry in a foreign place is easy, and there is wash and fold nearby. This is not true in Shanghai, and LaudryTown does exactly the right thing. Quick turnaround, pay per KG, and settle with paypal or international method. I use it weekly.

We have used this service on two different trips, for a total of three times. Every time things have worked out just as expected. That includes the regular next day service and once the express same-day service. It is about the easiest way to get laundry done in Taipei when you're not a local.
My only regret about Laundry Town is that I was unaware of them when I was in Bangkok and paid to have my clothes cleaned at the Lebua tower. This company is amazing and could not have made my experience easier. I may even travel home with a suitcase full of clean clothes just to use them again! Thank you!

During my travels in southeast Asia, I had amassed a bit of laundry. On my brief stop in Taipei, I enlisted Laundry Town's services to wash that laundry within one day. They picked up the laundry from the hotel concierge in the morning, washed it, and returned it to the concierge as I was able to spend my day with family (I paid extra for the same-day service). I didn't have to waste precious travel time dealing with laundry and I didn't have to pay $6 USD per article of clothing to wash my 20+ pieces at the hotel. The clothes were all clean, no damages, and were neatly folded. I would recommend their services and definitely do this again next time during my travels.
