The product was lovely unfortunately it arrived 3 days after my daughters’ birthday, a balloon after a birthday is pointless. I emailed to ask for a refund but no reply. Will not be able to recommend and would still like a refund.

Ordered a balloon and requested a Monday delivery as was away on holiday and wanted it for a special birthday on Tuesday. Was told yes then received a email saying Monday was a bank holiday so could have Saturday delivery for an extra £5 or a Tuesday delivery instead, so I went with Tueaday and the balloon turned up Saturday anyway while I was away. The quality of the balloon was poor for the money with the lettering all puckered up. Would not recommend
Not happy with the grey background which was not made clear online and the response from customer service which was pretty much "tough"!
