I received a balloon for my daughters 16th Birthday and it had deflated, i messaged them straight away and they offered to send a replacement the next day! They were very apologetic and sent a new one straight away! I received the new balloon the next morning and it is beautiful! My daughter loves it! Date night / Valentine crate

Very pleased. Delivered on the day I asked for and was a lovely balloon. My daughter also loved the balloon who’s birthday it was for. Would definitely recommend and use again. The only downside is the price.
