Great product very sturdy and great customer support. I had one small issue with my tray but it was rectified and a new one sent straight away. Can’t fault them at all. The size is great for my little one and I can see lots of uses for it and it bein go able to last years and years. Thank you

Excellent delivery with tracking and text to notify and product is great quality. The tuff tray being that little bit smaller makes it so much more accessible to having both indoors and outdoors without dominating the space.

We wanted a nursing chair for our nursery but all the ones we looked at were so expensive until we found kub direct. The nursing chair was great value and amazing quality. It was easy to put together and so comfortable. Delivery was fast and well communicated too. Would recommend to anyone.
I have previously never given a bad review but have no choice but to say that even though my chair arrived within the given time slot, when I buzzed the delivery person in - I live on a 4th floor walk-up - they left the huge box downstairs. They'd agreed on the telecom to bring it up to me but they just dropped it and left. I had to wait a couple of hours before I could get a friend to help.

Prompt delivery and very happy with the product. Some of the bits were harder to get together than you would expect but we got there in the end!
I have received the item, however the footstall is broken. I cannot find a phone number to contact customer service. While I have also sent more than one email via contact customer service and no one has bothered to contact or acknowledgment at all. This has been a very disappointing service
