I was supposed to recieve a new rocking chair , but recieved a bashed up amd scratched chair , it was damaged on arrival , I was still in Hosp after giving birth , was very disappointed when I came home to be greeted by this damaged parcel , tried contacting kub abt the state in which the chair arrived but still not received a response to my email complaint , that’s been 10 days nw

We ordered a nursing chair and selected delivery of 5-7 days but it came within 2 days! There was a faulty press stud on the cover so I contacted them by email and they sent me a new press stud the next day. The chair is brilliant and the service was great. Would definitely recommend!
