This was a new find. I was looking for ice cube trays for an activity with preschoolers. I needed 18 of them and had no idea how expensive they would be. Even struck out at the dollar store. When I could find them, they were tiny. Kole's not only had a lot of them, but they were really nice and big with a lid and the lids had slits for holding popsicle sticks. I had to pay shipping costs, but the find was worth it.
I’m going to be totally honest with you: as an international buyer it will take a bit longer than you’re used to. HOWEVER, they will solve it eventually. Absolutely not a bad company, California is hit hard by COVID and they are trying to be as fast as possible. I was not a fan before but they’ve turned it around by solving everything. I will definitely buy again.

I love me some Kole Imports & Closeouts. I was sent some damaged clocks. After submitting a few documents I was reimbursed and given a discount off my next order. I would have reorder but the product was out of stock. I will continue ordering from KI&C. If shipping wasn't so much I would probably have most of their inventory in my store.

If you are a low quantity buyer, they do not care about you. No support for start ups. No communication, they don't even answer basic emails.they don't have solution providing approach. They hate questions regarding products, packing, shipping. They want you to pay and put up with what you receive.
I ordered 8 EarPods from them recently and they sent an email saying that if they don’t hear from me by phone they will hold my order until they do. So I have called repeatedly and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Stay away from these guys they are some SCAMMERS!

They are NOT TRUSTFUL. They have no business ethics. Customer Service is completely RUDE and NEVER ANSWER your emails in time. I sent an email about the order came with defected items on june 9, They still didnt give a REPLY. I made 4 orders, 2 of them cancelled by them. I lost my money and time. They want me to use PayPal. I have an order paid by Paypal. Its been 7 days. The order status appears "processing". They still didnt ship it and never informed me when it will be shipped. DO NOT BUY from this company!
I ordered sterile masks through this company. Please know they sent the non-sterile(cheaper) masks and have not issued a refund for it nor sent the correct masks. I planned to support this company longterm, however after their handling of my order I will not

My experience has not been good! It was shocking to see the higher ratings. Customer service has been a nightmare. I have called and left messages several times during the last 2 weeks. I have not gotten a call back. Today I decided to hold. After being on hold for 40 minutes, I tried a different extension when prompted. No luck! I got a message to call a different sales rep. i entered the extension given and was cut off. My order arrived incomplete i got only 3 of 4 items ordered. No message giving an explanation. I just wanted to call and get a status so I can know what is up. As far as I know I have been charged in full. I do not recommend doing business with them. The products received were marginal at best worth it price-wise if you receive what you order. I for one do not like doing business if there is no communication/response when you try to contact the company. lesson learned on this one.
