As an owner of a small "dollar plus" store, I find that Kole Imports offerings are typically able to help drive a good margin on what is ordered from them. They often have special sales which can drive profits even higher. Charlie Noriega is very good to work with...never a problem crediting defective merchandise which happens occasionally with close-outs I suppose. I would recommend them to anyone trying to drive profits with ever changing and often interesting merchandise.

Never buy anything from this company, they double charge and when you ask them to fix it, they asking your bank account"s screen shot,really????And the guy name is JONNY BRUMMIT so rude he shut off the phone when i was complain their system.

Great products and prices you can afford. Customer service is great. I have only had one problem with a product ever and Koles addressed it immediately to my satisfaction.

Initially I was extremely happy with my items. They were of high quality than I thought it may be, however when I realized that 6 of my items were not in the shipment (though I was charged), things began to go bad quickly. It took multiple emails and days to get anyone to understand what my issue was, and though I was told last Friday that replacement would be sent out, and tracking would follow, I have received NO FOLLOW UP. Then I received an invoice for $4 and change, though I do not know why. You already charged my CC for the FULL AMOUNT when I first ordered, even though you shorted my 6 items. I want to know when I can expect my 6 iphone chargers, and to see the account credited back for the $4 you are now trying to charge me. My next step will be to complain to the Better Business Bureau.

You read the description and see a pictures on the website, yet many of the items you get , are not what you ordered. You have ordered i time, with coupon code, then they delay your order, charge you more, and let the suprise overage appear on your bill. Its it or miss now with them, so I order a few things of what I'm interested in, and when the description doesn't match with the website, then it is less of a loss. Some of the products are great, but when you order a second time,sometimes its a total different product. Very annoying, probably best to stop and pick up in person at the store than order thru the mail and be disappointed.
