Absolutely love my Knox gloves, so comfortable. I’m normally a small/medium so went for the medium. They are nice and tight so very happy with fit.

I have read the negative reviews and my experience is really quite the opposite. I have found the customer service to be excellent. Cannot fault them. On returning a faulty item, a prepaid return slip was issued and replacement sent immediately. What more can you ask for? I’m a motorcycle instructor and chose my items very carefully. Five stars for Knox. Both customer service and their clothing.

A great service received from Knox, with the ordered item dispatched promptly along with clear notification of delivery date/time. The product itself (Richmond jeans) are a class act. Very well made product and fit as per normal jeans i.e. sizing is true to size. This is the second product ordered from Knox and certainly will not be the last! Their products represent great value for the level of durability offered.
Love Knox, I own two sets of gloves, an under jacket armoured vest and a pair of jeans. I tend to do a fair amount of research prior to purchase as I don't generally like spending, so when I do I want to be confident it will work as designed. I bought the jeans and vest at the Motorcycle show in Birmingham, so I had the chance to try kit on. I find their gear is durable and fits well. The gloves I ordered from the Knox web site and no issues with fit and finish. I absolutely adore their Handroids but they are a bit bulky for touring, they are great if I'm out for the day. They have lasted really well and I've never felt more confident that gloves would protect me. I also recently bought a pair of their summer gloves and they are also excellent (the thumb is a bit big). Highly recommend their gear, worth the investment

Fantastic products and helpful staff. There e-commerce, shipping and returns experience wasn’t perfect though - I got sent the wrong size item, you have to print returns forms and pay for returns but they are very helpful and UPS shipping is very quick if not a little convoluted.

Bought an Urban Pro mk2 on sale but the size was small, it did say the fit is small on these. So returned it, no hassle refund and ordered next size up at full price, just in time for the UK summer. Full Level AA protection naked so can wear anything over it be it shirt, hoody or weather gear. I've been out during a summer washout and also naked in the warm sunshine. The Urban coped admirably and no hesitation in recommending it. Stay safe everyone.
Jacket arrived in excellent condition here in Germany. I would hope that retailers here in Germany will soon be able to supply their German customers with new apparel as soon as it is available in the UK. I had to order this jacket directly at Knox.

They have the protection that makes me feel more confident while riding while only being one layer. I would recommend ordering a size up.
