Unbelievable customer experience! I'd like to say that the customer service I have received has been incredible, the speed of delivery was within 2 days (from the UK to Dubai), clear prompt communication, able to fix and combine voucher errors so that they can be utilised - it's great!! Great fit, as described! It's not something that you receive often here in Dubai!
Doubts!! That’s what i had, going backwards and forwards watching endless YouTube videos and reading more than enough articles. Can i really justify spending that much on a pair of gloves? Well i did and glad i did. These are such a step up from the standard £50-80 Alpinestars i have been using. I was unsure if they would feel bulky and may restrict movement compared to other gloves, however this is certainly not the case. Comfort is excellent, sizing is good but i must have a slightly smaller size little finger than average. Most of all the protection and therefore confidence in the glove is beyond any other. I think i have found my forever gloves 😁👍 (Handroid pods)

Awesome jacket and quick delivery. Arrived in the USA 4 days after purchase. I purchased the MEN’S URBANE PRO MK2 based on my previous purchase of the URBANE PRO UTILITY MK2. I haven't had a chance to wear it since it's winter but loved the utility jacket and wanted the style without the pockets. I may purchase the corresponding shell for use over it and my Gerbings heated liner. How about a 20% off coupon knox? Anyway, all around good experience.

First - about the products. Over the years I have practically switched completely to Knox products from base layers to top layers, Urbane Pro shirt and pants, jeans, the whole thing... and for a reason. Everything seems extremely solidly made and very comfortable to wear. I am as protected as I can be, while still feeling comfy, light and "movable." It just makes my rides so much better. Costumer service is also excellent - due to some loose stitches I returned a shirt (after the warranty period) for repairs). I had to phone them a couple of times for advice with customs, and got excellent and very friendly assistance. All in all - products that I love and a company that feels a bit like family 🙂
Tricky to understand website when ordering. Good products, but a bit bulky for film work. Great customer service from staff on phone and email. They use UPS which have no ability to add addition information for the delivery address. So had to wait an extra week due to the ineffective communication processes of UPS. Overall Knox are a good product. I have also order similar pads from their competitor in germany - so will compare.
i ordered my gloves online and went to the factory to pick up, excellent service. ended up buying another pair whilst i was there. staff in factory are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The company makes great products. But: 1 - All clothes produced are black or dark brown. No red or white clothes; 2 - Stopped producing XS size gloves; 3 - When ordering, it is not possible to choose the method of international delivery. Automatically, the order is sent through UPS, and this postal company, in addition to the cost of delivery, takes some fantastic additional fees, without which it will not issue the order. For the gloves I bought, which cost 153.33 GBP , the shipping cost of 39.52 GBP was charged by UPS for an additional £65.06 GBP. More than a third of the order together with delivery. This is a robbery and I don't want to use UPS either Fedex. Let to customers choose!
