The shipping and arrival time was fine. I ordered two items. The first was pliers blades which didn't fit and ultimately scraped and damaged my leatherman. The tool with this sheared almost immediately. Also I never received a tool to fit the bolt that holds the lanyard. I am not currently using that knife now. Bad experience for me unfortunately.

Used this company twice and twice I've suffered bad service. The first time around I was many weeks waiting because an item marked as being available was not available and they failed to tell me. The second time there was a problem with the payment being processed (not my fault, but a fault of the intermediary payment system). The order was cancelled. Everyone makes mistakes, its how you deal with them that matters, and how you take care of your customer. They have a very good range of products, but the service is very poor and the customer follow up is poor. It wasted a lot of my time and effort to fix issues not of my making. If you are using the .ie domain, you should provide a service as if you are local.
Item got damaged by courier not knives and tools fault.only other gripe very expensive for some items. But very good quality and great selection.contacted customer service and they rectified problem.great job.
