Easy to use the website, although the prices can be slightly misleading, quoting the main price for pallet loads, the individual pack price is almost double, that said, the price is still competitive, fast delivery too.
Usually good service but the last two or three orders have been woefully late - 48 hour delivery dragged into over a week and still no sign of delivery. I'm furious. Calls to Kite meet with 'oh we sorry we'll see if we can contact courier or send it out again after a few days'... This is NOT good enough, affects our business, and as a regular and long-time customer I feel they owe me better than that. Note: We did get delivery in the end - hopefully the couriers now know where we are. Very frustrating to see that couriers marked as delivered, when it wasn't.
I’ve been ordering my packaging boxes from Kite Packaging for a few years now and have always been extremely satisfied with both the product and the service.
