Great product, as described, good service, decent value, delivered promptly.
I'm happy about the items and how quickly it gets here. But I do not like the way the delivery guy just leaves the parcels by our door at the back entrance. He does not even bother to ring the bell. Things can get lost easily. If you can do something about it would be great.

A return to great quality product after speedy response by Kite's Customer Service team to resolve a previous quality issue. Delivery is always quick.
Ordering was easy but the delivery service let them down - I was told that my order was 'out for delivery' three days before it eventually arrived.
Promised next day and took 2 weeks as they lost the pallet
Ordered a large quantity of boxes, delivered quick but a slight problem with the order. Emailed customer service, received a quick response and a solution to the problem. Brilliant. Would highly recommend Kite. Thank you Ellie for resolving.
I was really disappointed that the tracking you provided me said it was being delivered on a particular day and it didn’t come until the day after making me wait a whole day waiting in.
Occasionally ok. DX, the delivery company they use disrespects packages and ignores delivery instructions. Often leaves packages outside the property without letting us know/when its shut. Boxes are often battered/open on delivery. When challenging drivers, we're normally met with a shrug or complacent attitude. Complaining to Kite is a waste of time as the courier really doesn't care. The amount of times I've been told "we'll talk to the courier...." but nothing changes. Quality of mailing bags/bubble bags sometimes poor (badly cut/stuck together). We don't have time to go through each one to check its ok. Frustrating.
Please read the review but this is an update folowing Kite's reply in which they state that we were using the wrong product (Kraft type bags)...I can provide emails that, at the time, explictly told them we were using black, PVC bags (and have done from day one) and had spoken to someone in Kite to ensure this was the correct sealer. For them now to create a false narrative (rather just simply apologise) tells me that they are certainly not to be trusted as a supplier...just really poor form and I suspect teh directive comes from someone other than customer services....it would have taken less time to apologise than to create a narrative that is 100% BS....zero stars indeed I bought a heat sealer from this company along with boxes, tape etc. The element on the sealer kept burning out in the same spot even though I double checked the settings and ensured it was on the lowest one to seal the bags...the bags were well within the specs of the sealer. I rang Kite to talk about the issue and spoke to a woman on their service desk who bnasically told me it was my fault, there was nothing wrong with the unit and I must be using it incorrectly..she showed no interest in what I had tried just repeated it was my issue....now I find two spare filaments are £18 plus the usual..for a £47 sealer...all in all I will take my business else where for all packaging and strongly suggest, if you are reading this, to do the same....the quality of a company is always measured on their after sales service and if I could Kite Packaging would get zero stars....
