Always polite on the phone and willing to help, tell us about discounts available. Only issue we have is having to unload a pallet on the High Street, was better when bundles were just wrapped.

My problem is how you run your company internally. I wanted some bespoke boxes made and asked for a quote from Kite, not this on-line site but your other part of the business which is obviously run independently of this website. I have 30 days credit on this site and have done for years, however, when I want a bespoke box I get turned down because apparently our credit rating is poor. I don't get it. I spend £thousands on boxes elsewhere and was looking for quotes on new boxes, you have missed out on some big orders. I use your site because it is convenient for me to do so, no other reason.

I contacted Kite Packaging about getting a certain quality of fine tissue paper. They offered me a free sample and I received it shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, it wasn't what I was looking for, but nevertheless, I was impressed by their customer service and the quality of the sample they sent.
