I tried to contact on their support contact numbers, emails but no one is replying even no one picked the call. I didn't received the key and refund as well. I purchased a key office 2024 and the same key was sold by the other company earlier on Jan 7th, when I asked for replacement. the support team gave some wired answers stating, "so what?" When I asked to replace the key, they are not ready to replace. I registered a complaint with Cyber-crime as well. Please don't fall prey for these kinds of businesses. This simply implies I will buy 1 key at a time and use it on "n" number of devices.

Website seemed sketchy so I called them before I purchased (I called the number given in the website). I activated MS Office. But had to do telephone activation which was lengthy.

For the first time the windows 10 pro key did not worked then i contacted customer service and then they provide me a different key and it worked. Customer service is nice You may think im a bot or a fake comment Its 💯 genuine
