I am unable to download or use the programme, I requested a refund with the 14 days, which you declined stating I had exceeded that time limit, IT WAS 3 DAYS, given the small cost, I am putting it down to experience, as the pen is mighty than the sword, very disappointed with the product and lack of customer service. This was my first time using Keyslo and the process went smoothly with downloading and installing Office Pro. My only recommendation is to make sure you write down your access code so you have it if you accidently press the wrong key and delete the page.
